  • Concierge services include personalized medical care in which families and patients have direct access to their physicians and healthcare services. The goal of concierge services is to save families time and reduce medical stress. 

  • Not at this time. Our private practice is out-of-network with all health insurances and payment is due at the time of service. 

    We provide two options:

    • Pay per appointment

    • A monthly membership service that avoids going to your primary care provider/pediatrician for a referral or obtaining a prior authorization from your insurance.

    This allows for better patient care without many of the restrictions posed by health insurance companies and administrative delays. 

    If you do require labs, medications, or other services and want to use insurance, we can assist in obtaining coverage, although we cannot guarantee that all insurance costs will be fully covered.

    We can offer bundle offers if you have multiple children under our pediatric endocrinology services.

  • Yes! Once you have completed an initial appointment with Endo Kid Care or have established a membership commitment, you will have access to our patient portal. Messages, texts, and other forms of communication will be replied to promptly during business hours. This means that we will be able to provide patient counseling and support between 8am to 6pm EST every day.

    While we use an electronic service, it is monitored by Dr. Lugo to ensure that communication is effortless.
